Bidding at Profila is very easy

  • To send us you bid quick and easy please make the following steps:
    1. Log in on our website with your e-mail address and password
    2. Go to the wished lot and type in your maximal bid.
    3. Click on the "Bid" button
    4. You will get the message: "We received your bid (you have to confirm it!)"
    5. Now the bid coms up in in your cart left on the website. Open it!
    6. Please verify all fields, and correct them, if necessary.
    7. Press the "Send order" button
    8. You will receive a confirmation immediately from us.
    9. Please check your mailbox where the confirmation letter will be sent in case of successful bidding. (during the weekend our office is closed, so you will receive this e-mail on the next working day)

    Attention! If you receive the second confirmation letter with the registered bids, we will bid for you in the auction till the wished amount.

    If you can.t find the confirmation e-mail, please check the SPAMs and contact us!

  • Also you can email your bids to info@profila.hu in any style.
  • Bids are also accepted via fax at 0036/1-485-5069, or phone at 0036/1-485-5060
  • If you prefer usual way, fill up the bid sheet and send it to us by ordinary mail to our address.

Lots will be sold at the highest bid at one advance the second highest bid.

If more than one equally high bids have been made, the earlier bid wins. Please note that bids significantly lower than our starting prices will not be considered.

Your bids are strictly confidential, and the placing of a bid shall constitute acceptance of GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PUBLIC SALE.

Notification of success

If you have been successful in the auction, you will be informed after working up the auction bids is ended. We will inform you with either your invoice details or a message that you have not been successful. Once the auction has closed, and invoicing has been carried out, we'll send all bidders an e-mail or a letter with the result. If you were successful with bids in the auction, you'll receive an invoice, if not you'll receive a simple message.

Why can't I see current bid information?

All our auctions are private and the current bid status of lots is not shown, and individual bidders are not revealed.
